For wood burning ovens with a maximal temperature of 500°C

Advice of installation:
- drill a hole on the left or the right side of the upper part of the door of the wood burning oven
- put a tube out of steel as channel for the removable thermometer into the hole
- to avoid a damage caused by high temperature, put the thermometer just after the period of heating into the oven (Temp. > 700°C, weight the amount of wood)
- if there's only embers in your oven, the temperature is under 500°C

Temeratures for the following products:
- pizza: <400°C
- bread: <300°C
- cookies and christmas cookies: <200°C
- desciccation: <100°C
